Tough Questions about the Middle East Today

A Few Tough Questions about the Middle East Today

1. How can the world call for a unilateral ceasefire without demanding accounting for and releasing the 240+ hostages and stopping rocket fire into Israel?

2. Where are the international calls to dismantle Hamas, capture and prosecute its leaders for crimes against humanity and stealing vital supplies for the people of Gaza?

3. Where are international offers for immediate, massive humanitarian aid for Gaza? Hospital ships? Rx? Water?

4. Who is willing and able to administer post-Hamas Gaza, prevent a resurgence of Hamas and pay for rebuilding?

5. When will Israel confront its political leadership’s total failure to provide for its national security?

6. When will “from the river to the sea” be labeled as genocidal and “a two state solution” become more than a slogan?
